FREEÂ ONLINE EVENT
Something powerful is happening in Costa Rica right now.
Intentional communities across Costa Rica are redefining what it means to live well — rooted in land, purpose, and shared values.
These are places where people grow food together, raise their kids in nature, build regenerative businesses, and create culture through collaboration rather than competition.

🌱 Tierramor
Located on 800 acres of regenerating tropical dry forest in Guanacaste, Tierramor is an emerging residential ecovillage rooted in land stewardship and regeneration. The community is designed around agroforestry, reforestation, and careful placement of homes that honor water flows, forests, and wildlife. Just 25 minutes from the beaches of Guiones and Pelada, Tierramor offers a balance of privacy, connection, and proximity to the Pacific coast.

🌱 Finca Sol y Valle
Finca Sol y Valle is a heart-centered community farm dedicated to low-impact living, permaculture, and regenerative food systems. The land includes organic gardens, a growing food forest, and protected secondary forest that serves as a wildlife sanctuary. Daily life weaves together bioconstruction, shared meals, creative expression, and hands-on land care—offering a grounded example of what it means to live simply and intentionally with the land.

The land includes trails, rivers, waterfalls, orchards, and spaces for retreats, alongside residential lots for people committed to long-term stewardship. SEED collaborates closely with neighboring and Indigenous communities, offering a model that blends private land ownership with collective responsibility for the land.
